Are online classes effective?
Traditionally, learning has always been done in person. However, having to leave home and drive to classes regularly can be tough for both students and parents.
Live online classes make learning more convenient and allows students to learn comfortably in their own environment while still interacting with the instructor and peers. Our data also shows that students are more punctual, willing to participate in class, and willing to ask questions in an online setting versus a traditional classroom.
Instructors and students can easily take screenshots, annotate over PowerPoint slides and diagrams, and record class sessions so students can review them later if they'd like. In fact, We recently conducted a survey and 13 out of 15 of our students said that our online private one-on-one tutoring and small group classes are just as effective or even more effective than in-person sessions.
Our Teaching Philosophy
We believe in measuring progress, immersive learning to apply concepts, and most of all, we believe that students perform better when they truly enjoy the subject. The goal and highlight of our classes is enabling students to enjoy biology and chemistry by applying their knowledge and building confidence in themselves.
